Alexandre Lacasse

LAWYER, TAX ATTORNEY AND M&A ADVISOR

After co-founding 2 law firms and realizing that Quebec entrepreneurs were often poorly accompanied in the sale of their businesses, Alexandre Lacasse decided to found pntt, a firm whose goal is to offer Quebec entrepreneurs comprehensive business brokering support.

Alexandre is a lawyer, tax attorney and commercial real estate broker, and is currently completing a comprehensive training program in business valuation. Mr. Lacasse has worked on a number of business sales mandates in 2022, notably in the following industries: retail, transportation, automation, online commerce (“ecommerce”), manufacturing, distribution and more.

Alexis graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management after 4 years at the University of San Diego and the University of Central Florida. In 2018, after spending 3 years running the financial operations of several hotels at Club Med Resorts, Alexis co-founded his own company: Hub1916. A manufacturing company that quickly grew from 0 to 45 employees while also having a clothing production plant in Peru.

Today, Alexis joins pntt as VP Operations to pursue another of his passions: business optimization. With his entrepreneurial background and international expertise, Alexis brings a dynamic approach focused on operational optimization and financial performance. Alexis is also a Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA)

Darren Gladysz

BUSINESS LAWYER

Darren Gladysz is a practising attorney member of the Bar of the province of Quebec and has been practising law since 1991. He studied law at the University of Montreal where he obtained his law degree in 1990. He is perfectly bilingual in both English and French.

He has practised business law since 1991 and gained valuable experience in all areas of business law. He is specialized in corporate, commercial and business law and trademarks.

Sébastien Tessier

He has also developed two technological tools specialized in operations mapping and optimization. Me Ruslan Radjabi holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law from Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in notarial law from Sherbooke University, and has been a member of the Notaries’ Chambers since 2022. His areas of practice include real estate and business law. 

Mr. Ruslan Radjabi is fluent in French, English and Dari.
